Is it going to look chitty? Will I run into any problems, such as bubbling from heat?

The muffler is an FMF Powercore II. I would buy one, but they don't make one in carbon fiber for two stroke quads.
Yeah, why? It's a Honda TRX250R.
Rivets wont hurt it. There are already rivets to hold the endcaps in - those are the holes I was going to use.
