i want to fix my boyfriends carbon fiber hood?

my boyfriend has an acura integra with a carbon fiber hood. he got it about 9 years ago and the clear gloss coat has faded away and i would like to fix it for him for christmas. does anyone has any suggestions on where i could take his hood to get fixed or what i can do and how much it would cost me approx.
