Good way to go about b18c1 (gsr)?

It wil probably be going in a CRX Si, no DX (due to technical issues)
I will later on ask on forum this same question.. but just trying to get some answers here first..
i plan on forced induction... no N/A.. yes i want it reliable but not exagerated N/A relible..
it culd be a long term project so money is not the biggest issue.. but im not rich either..
so just have some specific questions, and just other suggestions u might think of..
what kind and maybe brand wuld help..or what kind u wuld put on, if it was ur long term project?

Sleeves?
Camshaft?

and anytin else i forgot to mention..
its a long term project and just looking for crx enthusiasts or car enthusiasts that want to help out..
haha iknew someone wuld bash on me for aerodynamics.. just wanting to get some suggestions thats all.. im not doing everything that one site tells me to do, im getting lots of opinions and mixing them up to get some good results
